Hackergotchie for me?

I'm bad at pretty much anything which involves graphics. Can someone make a (planet GNOME compliant) hackergotchie from this picture for me (the guy in the front)? Thanks!

This is wrong image to make a hacketgotchi from. Find another one where you look at least in the direction of camera and send it to me.

I don't find any recent enough photo in which I look into the camera and in which I don't look totally weird.

However, the one Ulisse created is quite nice, IMHO. Thanks a lot.
